All prices are quoted in Australian dollars ($A) and are exclusive of 10% Goods & Services Tax (GST).

Cooper Sports reserves the right to alter prices for any reason and if this should happen, we will notify you of any price change prior to processing your quote.

We will take every effort to present accurate information but we may not always be able to guarantee availability or price of a particular product.





What taxes will I be charged?

GST will only be charged at the statutory 10% rate against orders supplied within Australia. No GST is payable for orders delivered outside Australia.





Do I pay Sales Tax and Duty on overseas shipments?

In the case of international shipments some government authorities may impose duty and associated taxes on imports. If this situation does arise then the customer will be liable to pay the applicable taxes and charges.





How long will my order take to deliver?

Our delivery times within Australia are 3-5 working days ex Sydney warehouse.





What shipping carrier do you use?

In Australia we use three carriers for metropolitan and interstate deliveries.

• Toll Ipec
• Bonds Couriers
• Australia Post

For orders less than 10 items we register parcels and ship via Australia Post.

For urgent deliveries in the Sydney Metropolitan area we use Bonds Couriers.

We will only deliver to a business or home address you provide to us.





Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do. We use two methods of shipment:

1. Global Air Post 7-30 days ex Sydney warehouse
2. FedEx 7-15 days ex Sydney warehouse

Please note international freight charges are the responsibility of the customer and as different destinations attract varying charges we will advise you prior to shipping of your cost.





What are the freight costs?

Orders under $A500.00 will incur a delivery and handling charge of 2% of the total order value.

Freight and handling costs are not re fundable.





Who do I contact if I have a claim or return?

Cooper Sports is committed to providing quality products to our customers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the goods.

A returns authority number issued by Cooper Sports in advance must accompany all returns, and we would ask you to enclose a copy of your original invoice.

We request the garment is unworn and in its original condition.

Assuming the above criteria is met, we will replace it or refund you the original purchase price.

If you wish to return an item, please mail it to the following address and the postage will be your cost.

What action do I take if I received the incorrect product or there was an item missing?

By contacting us we will gladly exchange or replace any incorrect product or process a refund as long as we are notified within 7 days of delivery.

Please ensure you enclose a copy of your original invoice with your returns.





What are our payment terms?

Cooper Sports ask for a minimum 25% deposit with the balance due on delivery.





What are my payment options?

All payments are to be made in Australian dollars and we accept the following credit cards:

• MasterCard
• Visa
• Bankcard (Australia only)

If you choose to use any of the above credit card options we will initially process your holding deposit however, the balance of your order will not be processed against your credit card until your product is dispatched.

We also accept other payment options:

• Cheque ( cleared funds only)
• Cash

How do I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so without penalty, by contacting us in writing within 2 working days of placement of your order.

However, if we receive your cancellation after 2 working days, Cooper Sports will not be able to refund your deposit and absorb allocated production costs such as fabric.





What are the production lead times?

For orders ex catalogue, 2 Weeks Production.

For orders ex Customise Your Product, 6 to 8 Weeks Production.

Delivery times need to be added to the above production timetables.





Are there any special washing instructions?

We would recommend you check the care labels found on the inside of the garment before washing, as instructions will vary for different fabrics.

As a general rule the following guidelines will apply:

Warm gentle machine wash, do not bleach, line dry without delay, do not tumble dry, warm iron on the reverse side due to heat sensitive embroidery or printing. Do not dryclean.

What can I do if I find a product I like but can't purchase it?

In the first instance we would recommend you contact your nearest retail stockist (details found on our retail page) however if you are unsuccessful, please call us on 1300 883 900 and we will assist you in finding your T-shirt, Jersey, Cap, Polo etc.





Can I copyright my design?

When our customers use the unique Design, Create.... It's Yours function they do so on the understanding that they are using design templates, that cannot be registered as an exclusive design.





Are my credit card details safe?

We give our commitment to protect your credit card details and your details are encrypted using SSL, the industry standards.

Fraudulent use of cards is prohibited and we have developed in house systems to ensure you can use your credit card on our website with peace of mind.





How do I know I am ordering the right size?

We would recommend you consult our size guide before placing your order, or if you require further assistance, please contact our in house production team on 1300 883 900 who can answer any questions you may have regarding sizing, design or fabric.
